2023, a year in review. my favorite images from each month paired with my favorite things i encountered. as a challenge, i did this totally by hand. this year was the most stable year in my recent history. i do feel lucky saying that, as i had gotten quite exhausted from broad-stroke life changes. we are planting roots in brooklyn for however long we end up staying here. forging routines, creating patterns, learning subway routes (still). this next year will be another year of slowly feeling things out. of following any path that takes me deeper into joy and purpose. i’m committing to holding space and patience for whatever might be next here.
